"We recently had Chris regrout our bathroom tiles, and fix the caulking in some areas. He is a real pro. Prompt in communicating, scheduling; very courteous and competent. Once he was done the walls looked like they had been newly tiled. He was also very neat which I greatly appreciated. As he was leaving I requested Chris to take a look at the fraying caulking around our kitchen counter. He quickly fixed it free of charge. Highly recommend him."

"Gerald did a splendid job of measuring, making suggestions and writing a very detailed, everything included contract. Nick started on time and finished on time...meaning start date and end date. Nick paid close attention to details and saved my 43 yr-old wallpaper in both bathrooms. We truly cannot praise his expertise and workmanship enough!!! And, neat!!! Nick kept everything very clean and neat. I never had to follow behind him to cleanup. We highly recommend Landis and Landis!!!!"

"Jeff Berry, owner of Bath Crest, repaired a crack at the bottom of a newer acrylic tub on 5/30/19 for $298.00. After my tenant moved out on June 6, 2020, I noticed the crack he repaired had cracked again, except there was a little more cracking this time. A week later I called Jeff to let him know and to see if he could do anything about it. He told me it was over a year ago and that it was out of warranty. I was frustrated because the crack probably re-cracked during the warranty period, but I didn't know because my tenant never told me. Plus, we were just 2 weeks outside of the warranty period. I didn't necessarily think he should come out for free. I was hoping he might come back out, but give me a break on the price. It was just two weeks outside of his one year warranty. I also mentioned that I had a crack like this repaired by someone else on my own personal tub and that it had lasted over 20 years. He told me I should go have them do this repair too. He got confrontational about it. Since I couldn't remember who did my last tub repair 20+ years ago, I called Indiana Resurfacing. They came in one week, did a great repair and gave me a five year warranty. I will never use Bath Crest again."

"Just finished our second project with Updike Bathroom Remodeling- 2 quartz double sink bathroom countertops & custom 6" backsplashes as well as some miscellaneous caulking. They are absolutely Beautiful!! Alex and Arturo did an amazing installation job!! Highly recommend Updike Bathroom Remodeling! "I called Dr Shower Door & Mirror LLC back in Feb. of 2020. They came to inspect, level, and measure the area to give me an estimate. As the experts that they are (or so I thought) they should have guided me to have my door opening on the left side since the slope where the water goes to the drain goes down from left to right. Ever since they installed the door I am left with leakage every single time we take a shower. I called them right after they installed it but they told me that it was the fault of the guys that did my bathroom that left that slope that way, however they came to inspect, level and measure to give me an estimate, they were aware of that slope and could have and should have made the recomendation of the best placement of the door to avoid the permanet leakage every time we take a shower. If they would have placed the opening door on the left it would avoid the leakage since the water would run down the the side of the door that is put in place and sealed permanently avoiding a leakage. I'm no expert and this was my very first time remodeling my bathroom and adding a glass door but now I am completely aware of how important the placement of the opening door is. I just wish I would have know that before. Even after that terrible experience I still hadn't taken the time to write a review but today being 1/19/22 after speaking with the secretary I found a terrible customer service provided. On 1/7/22 I requested a vinyl seal for the side of the door to which she said would be no charge for and that she would mail it out for me. Well I was waiting for it and in the mean time dealing with leakage just to find out today that she never sent it and was charging me $10 for shipping today after she had said would be free before. That is when I decided to write a review and make everyone aware of how not so expert they are and their secretary's terrible customer service skills. I would not ever use them nor would I recommend them to anyone because of the two reasons above."
