Their estimator was on time, courteous, professional, and thorough. The materials were delivered as promised, and on schedule. The workers showed up on time, and went straight to work. Very good quality, especially considering the fact that they didn't hang the walls. They made my efforts look good. They actually finished earlier than expected, and knocked a sizeable chunk off the bill. We are quite pleased with the results.

Two guys came out. I believe we paid for "4 hours of drywall service". Something like that. That patches a few places but it was not 'paint ready'. We will still have to sand it. I asked them to wait till it dries to finish it off. I was told how to finish it off. Also fixed nail pops in ceiling. They look terrible. We've let it all sit for a year or so. I didn't try to have them back out - didnt want them back.

ADP was prompt and responsive in the quotation process and in getting started on the work. However, they left a huge mess in our garage that has proven impossible to clean up. We instructed them that they could use the open garage area to store supplies for the work, but instead they did all of their drywall cutting and joint compound mixing in that area. There was dust and splatters of joint compound all over the garage walls and on other sensitive equipment in the garage area. They also dumped joint compound in several places (3-12 inches in diameter) on our newly poured concrete floor.
We shared our concerns with them and they attempted to clean it up, but did a poor job. There are permanent stains all over our garage floor now. They knocked 10% off of their price for our troubles, but we're left with a mess that can't be cleaned. A few weeks later and now the drywall has started cracking in several areas.
Overall, the workmanship, quality, and care for staying neat and cleaning up their mess is very poor. They also did not listen to our instructions regarding where they were allowed to work.

Removed damage drywall and ceiling, replaced dry wall and ceiling, mudded wall and textured ceiling, and cleaned up. Could have cleaned up a little better.

Called to make appointment and was scheduled promptly. They arrived on time and put up a plastic drop to protect rest of house from dust. They were able to remove the plaster, apply the drywall patch and match existing texture. Great attention to details and professional

The work was completely explained over the phone to schedule the repairs. The men that showed up didn't have the appropriate tools nor a ladder to do the work, so they worked on some minor repairs and had to reschedule to come back with the proper tools needed. One of the two men spent a lot of time talking with me rather than working.
The gentleman sent on the second day was much better. He did better work and I trusted him.
I would never use this company again. I was told that they primarily do repair work in apartments and their work looks like apartment quality work.

We normally schedule service calls in a 4 hour window which due to the nature of service work, is industry standard. Also, due to the nature of drywall repairs including drying times of the drywall finishing compounds, it is sometimes necessary to schedule two service calls to complete the work satisfactorily. Prompt service, reasonable price, but very sloppy worksmanship. The openings in the drywall around the electrical outlets and switches weren't good fits, and they smeared drywall mud all over the electrical outlets and switches, so I'll either have to replace them, or remove them and clean them after the wiring is disconnected.

This was an excellent experience. From providing the estimate to completing the work, Associated Drywall showed up at the promised time and performed the work professionally. The quality of the work was very good. I would use them again and would highly recommend them to my friends.

company came out a few times to do the job but were unprepared. They last time they came out they said they had to leave and never heard from them again. I had already paid for this service A/L Big Deal

"Associated Drywall Partners takes great pride in our service and quality. Unfortunately in this situation, when our personnel arrived to complete the work that was purchased through the Deal, there was a major disagreement going on between husband and wife regarding which work was to be done. We had 2 drywall technicians present, ready, willing and able to complete the work. With the dispute between husband and wife continuing, our personnel left assuming once resolved, the customer would contact us with further instructions. We have no record of ever being further contacted. Having spent 9.5 man hours on 2 trips to this location, the agreed to Deal (8 man hours of work) was exceeded at any rate. At this time, we stand ready to provide a written quote for a specific project in writing and await the customer call."

ADP's drywall crew showed up promtly at 8:00am with the drywall. They unloaded it and were out in less than 1 1/2 hours! They started hanging the drywall at 11:00 and were completely finished by 4:00! They came the next day to tape and mud the seams at 8:00 and were finished by noon! They came back a few days later to mud another coat, and finished this layer in about 3 hours. They came back the next day to texture the ceiling and finished that in about an hour!!! They came back today to finish the job. Final sanding, a little touch up and damp mopped the walls, vaccuumed the floors and left in about an hour and a half! We had some dust upstairs, which can't be helped, but it was very minimal due to taping plastic across the doorways and turning off the furnace so the dust wouldn't be pulled through the entire house. They did an incredible job for us and we would highly recommend using this company for your drywall needs! Once our ceiling and walls are peferctly dry, they will be ready for a good coat of paint! The best thing about working with ADP...they were on time every single day and the job looks absolutely perfect!

Associated Drywall did an excellent job of repairing the holes in our wall. After re-painting the wall, we couldn't even tell that it was repaired! They were friendly and very concerned to make as little of a mess as possible during the repair. It was a great experience.

We had water leaks from the ceiling that damaged the old drywall. They replaced and/or repatched the spots that needed it. The price was great because it was a Big Deal that I purchased from Angie's List. But after they left, I found some paste like substance (maybe plaster) that was left on the family room wall/crown molding. They fixed about 3 or places up near the ceiling where the water leaked in from the gutters and damaged the ceiling plaster and drywall. Some of the materials that they used to fix the job dripped down on the crown molding and was very obvious. By the time I noticed it, it had dried and I had to remove it with a knife. Both guys were decent guys, but the owner talked a little too much and the other was sloppy.

I was given a thorough estimate for a bathroom remodel project. Matt T provided guidance on hanging the drywall. Shane finished the walls very quickly and with exceptional quality. He took 3 days, was always on time to start and left the project space very clean. I was extremely impressed with the finish on some of the more challenging surfaces in the room.
