Premier is the best, and I love being able to recommend a company so confidently. Steve is hands on, exceeds expectations, offers great cost conscious recommendations about where to spend and where to save and delivers high quality work. His team is similarly dependable and very competent. I used Premier to replace the windows on my 1920's cottage back in 2018, and then hired him again to reside my home just a few weeks ago. He beat his own timeline and his price was as good or better than all of the three other companies from which I got quotes. Highly recommend!

We are very happy with Premier Windows. The quality and installation work was efficient and professional. We ordered just before the covid19 lockdown began, and wondered how it would come together. Being older, we worried about letting a crew into our home, but decided it would be a go. The crew wore masks, worked quickly and were conscientious of distancing. The workmanship was excellent, the product is of great quality, and we found Pat Patel, the company rep, honest and informative. Pricing, while still expensive, at $5950, was approximately 1/3 less than other estimates. We would definitely hire again, and will highly recommend.

Premier replaced all of the windows in my North Aurora townhome as well as the rear exterior door. Even though I had done A LOT of research before Pat came out to provide the bid, I can't say enough about how thorough and patient he was in explaining the installation process and the various features of the windows. After he left I knew if the price was reasonably close to the other bids I wanted to work with Premier. The installation crew was also professional, courteous, and competent, and they worked efficiently to get the job done.

Everything went well. Clean up was done immediately after work was completed. Thank you Dan and Steve. Windows are beautiful!

Steve's crew was outstanding. Very professional and skilled and it showed in their work. We had a few issues with grids being on windows they shouldn't have been and some confusion around where tempered glass was needed or not however Steve addressed all of it to our satisfaction. I would recommend Premier to anyone looking for replacement windows.

Overall very happy with my experience. They did a great job at thousands less that my other quote (krumweide). My house looks outstanding and any issues I had were taken care of promptly. The service was done quickly and on schedule. Most importantly they showed up when promised and were done on time.

Everything went according to schedule. When it came time for installation, his team was professional, neat, attentive to details, and meticulous. I'm a guy who does my research before making a decision on who to trust to do work for us. You're probably the same since you're reading this review. I can save you a lot of time by suggesting you go with Premier for your job. We had an insurance claim that was covering the replacement of our old aluminum siding. We were also in need of new windows. We decided we'd bite the bullet and have all the windows done, as well as the siding. This was going to be a big job and I wanted to find a single company who could do both of these projects in unison. After doing the research, on both products and companies I might want to do the install, we got a number of quotes. At the end of the day, Steve won us over. Premier had positive reviews, like everyone else we considered. However, at the end of the day, we really liked Steve's approach, knowledge, and customer service. In addition, he's one of the few companies who has an actual brick and mortar location where you can go in and look at products, and discuss your project. Steve took a lot of time with us and answered all the questions we had. He also made some suggestions that helped guide us in the decision making process of things like window type, exterior accessories, etc. Once we signed the contract, Steve gave us an estimated start time. He stayed in touch with us as products came in and also communicated progress of other jobs so we knew when to expect the official start date. His initial estimate was right on. Now, a company is only as good the crew who actually does the install. You can always be won over on the sales end, but it's the skill of the installers that really matter. Peter and Stanley were the gentlemen who Steve had work on our home and we had a very positive experience working with them. They worked with us to navigate some tricky workarounds with our large deck and screened in patio, along with other decisions that had to be made along the way. While they were proactive in asking how we wanted certain things to be done, they were also very patient and helpful when we had questions as the work progressed. Like any large scale project, there are going to be issues to work through. We had some rotten wood in places and also had a piece of Fypon accent that had a little damage when it arrived. I firmly believe that the sign of a great company is how they respond when something needs extra attention or when a customer has a concern. Steve went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and found solutions for each issue we encountered along the way. Steve is a local small business owner who cares about his customers, is patient, and does great work at a fair price. The crew he assigned us, Peter and Stanley, were on time every day and did great work. What more could you ask for? We are so pleased and proud of our home after the work they did. In addition, we've had many compliments from neighbors, friends, and families. My wife and I, without hesitation, would recommend Steve for window, door, and/or siding project.

Fantastic! I was a little apprehensive at first by not going with the "big" brands for windows. But Steve answered all my questions (I had many) and assured me I was ordering a high quality product. And every word he said was true. The windows look great, the house seems so quiet, and I am very excited to keep my blinds up and not worry about fading of my furniture and floors. So the product is great, but let me tell you the craftsmanship of the installers is crazy! They take pride in their work, very neat. There was never a mess at the end of the day. Very professional and respectful of our home. They just did an outstanding job, well worth every penny! We were thinking of replacing where we have siding on our home, but the way the framed out the windows.....everything looks so fresh and new! Highly recommend Premier Windows & Doors! After researching my options for several months and receiving four separate estimates I finally opted to go with Steve and Premier Windows. My experience was positive from the get-go. Rich and Brian (the installers) worked well together; Rich being the seasoned professional and Brian the willing apprentice. They worked hard, were careful of dirtying anything on the inside, cleaned up the mess outside, and got the job done efficiently and in the time frame promised. They even went above and beyond the norm and helped me redrill and hang one of my living room blinds in addition to moving the heavier pieces of furniture back to normal. Steve (the owner) has a good deal of knowledge, explained things well, addressed all my questions and concerns, and visited every day of the install to make sure I was satisfied. I’m confident he will be just as attentive if I have any issues in the future. My windows and door look great and are so much easier to open, close, and clean. I am happy with my decision and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
