Jan was my project manager for roofing work on my house. He was most attentive to our needs and desires on this project, which appears to have turned out successfully. He was in regular communication with me from the outset to the end. He even worked on his own time to ensure that water damage was avoided pending completion of the job. Jan was and is a five star gentleman.

Locke and ladder replaced my roof with Brava. I am very happy with the result. It was a lot of work to find a contractor I was comfortable with. With the amount of detail and consideration that Locke and Ladder put into this project. I wouldnt recommend any other contractor. My roof is beautiful!

We engaged Locke and Ladder after our insurance carrier required repairs to our roof. Adam and his team were great to work with and very professional. They took the time to do a thorough examination of our roof, and provided clear and transparent explanations of the work needed and repairs done. Their work was done on time and as promised and I was always updated along the way. Their proposals and final inspection reports were also very clear, transparent and professional and satisfied our insurance carriers requirement. We are pleased with their work and would 100% recommend. We hope to engage Locke and Ladder again when the time comes to replace our entire roof.

I had a few companies come for a quote. 2 of the companies stole 5 hours of my life and started out with ridiculous prices and put high pressure for me to take out a 14% loan without thinking about it. Locke and Ladder sent Jan a military man to give me a quote. He asked me a ton of questions of my knowledge and instead of showing me the damages that I already knew he showed me color theory and upgrade options. He left and came back with the estimate which was a fair price so I went with them. Jan was not just my salesman but the project manager at both days of the project. He kept his promises and over delivered. My husband and I are also thinking about a new front door with L&L.

Locke & Ladder was top notch. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the initial walk through to the final installation the team was professional, knowledgeable, and timely. They were upfront on lead time for material and schedule duration. The install crew was friendly, efficient, and respectful of our space. Everything was spotless when they left. The quality of the windows is great and look beautiful. It’s rare to find a company that delivers exactly what they promise. This team did that and more.
