"I needed to have the windows replaced on my house appoximately 22 windows and 2 patio doors.

  I looked into several organizations and searched angies list.  I saw several very good reviews on EXCEL windows so I choose them as one of the companies to bring in for estimates

I thought since EXCEL was based on the south side of the Chicago Land area, that they might have a hard time coming to our house for the estimate.  But once Steve arrived I was completely suprised.  Steve assured me that my location was no problem at all and from there EXCEL did quite an excellent Job.  

EXCEL worked around my schedule, they were always so professional and courteous, and offerred financing to fit my budget. Chris the owner assured me several times that EXCEL would take of everything, and they did.  When an issue arouse between the town and how the windows needed to be placed due to easement requirements by the village, Chris stepped in and gave me a couple of options that he would cover at no expense to me!!!   He worked with the manufacturer and the village to take care of the problem.  Then when it came time for the installation, EXCEL was there again on time and worked around my schedule. 

Their installation team was ontime each morning and worked with me.  They would always make sure things were cleaned up each day and that when they finished the job that I was happy with the result.  The job ended up being 6 days and went very smooth

I can't recommend any organization higher than EXCEL.  In fact, I have decided to purchase my front door from EXCEL as well.

"We are looking to upgrade our old furnace to central air. In the process of obtaining estimates, asbestos was discovered in the old pipes. I contacted A & B Environmental Construction Inc. (“A&B”) for information on testing and removal. Liz helped me set up an appointment. Francisco Lomeli arrived on time, on the scheduled date, to conduct testing. Francisco was very thorough. After confirming that asbestos was, in fact, what was coating the old pipes, he explained in detail what would be done, and a date for removal was set. Once again, Francisco, this time with his team, showed up on time. The process took a total of three days (set-up, removal and clean-up). Every member of Francisco's team was very professional. Upon completion of the project, an inspector was called to conduct a final test. Everything tested clean. As a homeowner, asbestos removal sounds daunting. However, A&B made the process easy; they were fast and professional. I recommend A&B without reservation.
