They paid attention to every detail including the tricky siding where the flat roof met up with the siding. They removed siding to make sure the flat roof material went far enough up the side of the house to ensure that water could not get in. They replaced the siding perfectly. "I needed to have the windows replaced on my house appoximately 22 windows and 2 patio doors.

  I looked into several organizations and searched angies list.  I saw several very good reviews on EXCEL windows so I choose them as one of the companies to bring in for estimates

I thought since EXCEL was based on the south side of the Chicago Land area, that they might have a hard time coming to our house for the estimate.  But once Steve arrived I was completely suprised.  Steve assured me that my location was no problem at all and from there EXCEL did quite an excellent Job.  

EXCEL worked around my schedule, they were always so professional and courteous, and offerred financing to fit my budget. Chris the owner assured me several times that EXCEL would take of everything, and they did.  When an issue arouse between the town and how the windows needed to be placed due to easement requirements by the village, Chris stepped in and gave me a couple of options that he would cover at no expense to me!!!   He worked with the manufacturer and the village to take care of the problem.  Then when it came time for the installation, EXCEL was there again on time and worked around my schedule. 

Their installation team was ontime each morning and worked with me.  They would always make sure things were cleaned up each day and that when they finished the job that I was happy with the result.  The job ended up being 6 days and went very smooth

I can't recommend any organization higher than EXCEL.  In fact, I have decided to purchase my front door from EXCEL as well.
