"After a rather frustrating experience with a newly installed Steam Spa unit - which was consistently showing an EO error code on the control panel. We called several contractors with no one keeping the appointment or calling us back. We were beyond blessed to contact Matthew at Matthew Does Pools. Matthew showed up the very next day after we contacted him, and immediately started assessing the problem and troubleshooting. Matthew's professional and critical approach allowed him to pinpoint the issue (s), and got our Steam Spa unit working seamlessly. Our Jacuzzi Tub was also not turning on and Matthew was able to install a new switch and got our Jacuzzi working as well. We will definitely be calling Matthew Does Pools in the future for repair or installation of necessary equipment in our home. He is professional, courteous , pleasant and efficient.
