My basement flooded and I thought my sump pump was not working. It seems my sump pump actually was working just overwhelmed. He evaluated the problem and did not charge me for the service.

Our backup sump pump alarm went off and I called Jake. He said it could be that the main sump was being overworked due to the heavy rains. He came out to check it. No pressure on his part to purchase a new one. We went ahead and had him install a new one. He was very professional. Left the work area clean. His fee was very reasonable. I called for help with my sump pump and with the idea that my present pump would need to be replaced. That was my plan. Jake (the owner) was able to come right out on a Saturday and instead of selling and installing that pump, he made some adjustments and showed me how the pump I had would most likely be able to give another two to three years of service. I call that integrity and from now on he s my pump guy. A bonus, his business is strictly working with pumps, probably why he was able to pinpoint the issue so quickly.
