From start to finish, I couldn’t be more pleased with Luis @ Renewed Air. Was lucky enough to get an appointment for the next day for dryer vent cleaning and was promptly notified when there’d be a short delay (45 min). Luis was very professional and took time to explain what was wrong and how it would be fixed. Will definitely be setting up appointments for my other HVAC needs. Renewed Air LLC is a great company to call if you need your dryer vent cleaned. They were the first company to get back to me and their prices are very reasonable. They were able to come out the same day I called. They were running a little behind and Luis messaged me to let me know he was going to be a little late. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do to fix the problem for me. He was very personable and honest and actually showed us what the problem was with the dryer.
