Danny Burdi has a friendly and easy-going personality. He was able to explain well to a less-technical user. He replaced my screen, keyboard, CPU, and printer -- in other words, my entire outdated system. I checked his pricing elsewhere and he was on target. I'm happy to recommend his services.

The job was done well and Kevin?s very patient. We would use him again. He answered a lot of questions we had about our system that will provide help on the next phase of our project.

My 2012 laptop was on borrowed time. And then it happened - the dreaded blue screen. I need help! Help to recover my files, transfer to a new laptop and get back up and running. I did an Angie.com search, two service providers came up and I messaged both. Danny from Evolution IT called me within minutes. We reviewed my situation and made a plan to meet up that evening. After reviewing my options, Danny took my laptop with him and start working on it. The good news â all files were recovered. The bad news, I need a new laptop. Photography is my hobby. I was looking at a new Dell laptop with components that could run the software I use. After discussing my choice with Danny, he suggested I look at gaming laptops that could better run the software I use. I checked out the brands / models he suggested and decided on an ASUS A15. Danny ordered an ASUS A15, transferred all my files and installed additional software I needed. Iâ ve been working with my new ASUS A15 for about a month. All of my files are exactly where I left them. My photo software is running faster and the display is fantastic! I LOVE IT! Danny was good at explaining the repair difficulty and recommending and providing a replacement computer. He was easy to talk to and easy to understand. I would recommend his company.

Kevin was great and my boss wished that we would have called him sooner. Cleaned up one computer and built us a new one as well. He stayed all day to make sure that we were up and running and that all programs were working perfectly. (and Quickbooks can be a pain but he made it simple!) Highly recommend for anyone!

Kevin came out to my house because I having error messages that i was not using genuine windows. I was using windows 7 and needed to upgrade to to windows 11. Also I bought a new printer that needed to be installed once the new system was installed.Once Kevin came out and looked at the problems i was having, he recommended me to go to windows 10 that this would save me money. He also told me about which programs that were compatible with my new system and what new programs needed to be upgraded. Great customer service, very thorough, called me back promptly and was down for 1 day without a computer, fixed and answered all my questions, very nice person to work with. Highly Highly recommended and a great price. He's my new computer tech and will call him when i need him again with any issues that come up.
