Installed a 1 hp motor which is more powerful then pumps in unit. Also had the access panel on the wrong side with made it very challenging. Only charged you $50 dollars more for the extra work needed to be done. Filled unit and showed you no leaking and the performance which was more then before. Your unit has a button for water force adjustment that you must be using incorrectly because we both agreed everything was good. Bottom line no more leaking installed a better pump at a great price. You should be thanking your lucky stars. I guess some people?"

"I am perplexed at what you are unhappy with. there must be a little confusion regarding your experience. When I first talked on the phone with you I said sometimes a whirlpool can be fixed easily and the cost would be just the service call. Your whirlpool on the other hand required a new electronic actuator. witch there was no access for. So I had to acquire a conversation kit .from my supplier. luckily they had one and installed it in less than an hour, cost: to you= ( service call 75 - parts - 75 kits,25 actuator - labor 100. total 275). As for your bath faucet that I told you I am a hot tub tech "not a plumber". I saw the position you were put in by the last person who tried to fix things, I agreed will fix their mess. Which took 3 hours and I had to pay my helper So the total cost for Whirlpool fix came to 275, YOU PAID A GRAND TOTAL OF 250. I did not charge you a penny more than I told you originally. The cost should have been 250 more for the installation of the faucet. That's OK we did a great job at a fantastic value for you. bottom line."
