Had a terrible experience with this company. Last December I had them look at a leak in my spa. We decided that it was too late in the season to repair it so they agreed to come back in the spring to address it. They agreed (in writing) to apply the service charge to the repair cost in the spring. Much to my dismay when I called to schedule the repair I was told that the company was under new owners (same name, phone number and near as I can tell the same employees) that that they would not apply the service charge credit as agreed. I whined and called that unfair and here was their startling and snarky written response - I just spoke to the new owner and he said unfortunately we are not the hot tub repair company for you . So, by their own admission, if you want to be treated à ¢ fairly they are not the company for you! I was stunned by their screw the customer attitude and I would be careful before doing business with the new owners . Update to LIghthouse Spas response: you act like your hands were tied. You could have honored the credit by the previous owner (after all the company is the same) but you choose not to and the 3 month delay constituting a new job is simple an excuse and not true - the arrangement was for them to come back in the spring to address the leak and the spring was always going to be more than 3 months from their visit last November. You guys did good work in the past so I am disappointed by your attitude. New customers will have to make their own decision about whether this is isolated behavior or chronic.

Communication could be better as well as teaching customers what you are doing so that they understand how a fix can quickly go from $300 to $826 once a new diagnosis has been made. Overall great technician and my hot tub is running like new.
