"Mitch replaced liner on my 25 year above ground pool in 2019 and it's still good as new. Last week I called on him again--pump/filter problem that I could not diagnose after just opening the pool. He troubleshooted over the phone with me but I had done almost everything, so he came out the next day and found the problem, so it runs good now. Then I asked him to come back when he could and 2 days later he vacuumed all the stuff that had settled while my filter was not working. He is fair and very helpful."

"I have just had the BEST pool service in the entire 20 years I've had a pool ! Matt was just a pleasant person...was considerate and patient as I'm hearing impaired...did a GREAT job repairing my pool heater....and the price...including parts and labor was VERY reasonable. "The technician that worked on our above ground pool, I believe her name is AJ, is wonderful and very knowledgeable. She thoroughly inspected all of our equipment and managed to get our pool filtration system running better than it has in years (we tried several other pool services before JIT). When we eventually needed a replacement pump, she did a wonderful job installing the new one and we have had no problems since!"

"There was a terrible storm overnight and my pool and spa looked horrific my pool was green and had a bunch of leaves and branches in it, I was hosting a big party for an engagement celebration the next day, so I was very stressed out, I had called other pool companies and received no response, when I reached out to Marco, he responded right away, was very empathetic to the urgency of my situation and he was able to come first thing in the morning and he made my pool look amazing!
