Matt was just a pleasant person...was considerate and patient as I'm hearing impaired...did a GREAT job repairing my pool heater....and the price...including parts and labor was VERY reasonable. "The technician that worked on our above ground pool, I believe her name is AJ, is wonderful and very knowledgeable. She thoroughly inspected all of our equipment and managed to get our pool filtration system running better than it has in years (we tried several other pool services before JIT). When we eventually needed a replacement pump, she did a wonderful job installing the new one and we have had no problems since!"
