"Do not use!!! They installed a new thermostat 12/3/24. I am in the hospital and my sister came to the house on 1/11/25 to the temperature in my home being 99 degrees. They did not stand behind the thermostat they installed less than 45 days ago. They charged over 200 dollars for a thermostat I found on Amazon for 50 dollars plus another 200 in service fees. I will NEVER use them again."

We had a few companies out to give us quotes and Ryan was the only one who suggested something other than simply replacing the units with high end, expensive units to get the cooling and heating that we wanted. He came out and did vent work to improve air flow and installed cold air returns in bedrooms that did not have them and was honest about the fact that our units did not need to be replaced yet. It was more a venting issue. After having him do the work, Our bedrooms are heating evenly and we are seeing all the results we wanted without having to replace a furnace that is still working. We will definitely reach back out to him when it comes time to replace the units! Very impressed with his honesty and willingness to investigate the problem instead of just sell us new equipment."

"TR Miller Heating, Cooling & Plumbing I think an obvious first step for the company is to be more upfront with pricing. By offering an upfront cost of $79 to assess a plumbing issue seems reasonable. To then have a minimal price that starts at $494 for something as simple as a 45 minute repair seems very unfair. It is similar to a bait and switch--reasonable to ridiculous. I was very specific in my needs--which was to connect two 1" water pipes 4 3/8" apart. I even forwarded a pic before anyone from TR Miller came out to the residence. The explanation from the manager was inadequate and false. Manager stated pricing was based on 50% going to the technician, 40% for overhead, and 10% profit. While I have already gone through the manager's exaggerated pay rate for the technician repair at roughly $250 per hour, Glassdoor site shows a technician hourly salary ranging from $20-$33 per hour. Even at an hourly rate of $50 per hour, a 40 hour per week technician would be at an annual salary of $100k per year-- which is probably closer to reality for pricing. With inflated non-factual pricing to start for labor and then factoring your overhead and profit off of an inflated labor rate, you literally are overinflating pricing by a large margin. Very unfair for a homeowner enticed to use your service which supposedly starts at $79. Will continue to be dissatisfied with my experience with TR Miller. You are a predatory company taking advantage of people. Based on my math, you would have still had great and more fair margins for a 45 minute job charging $250 for the job."
