"The service tech(Chris) was very courteous and knowledgeable. I told him before he came that the fan was running intermittently. He said he would be out in the morning with the motor in case that was the problem. Turns out the fan was fine and it was a solenoid that was bad. He could have replaced the fan and the solenoid and made more money for himself and the company. He just replaced the bad solenoid.
