"Shawn called to arrange the appointment promptly.  On the day of service, he and his employee arrived promptly and professionally.  Very polite and courteous.  He pointed out a part that needed some attention and that if it was cleaned properly, it wouldn't need to be replaced....saving me money!  I would definitely recommend and use Porter HVAC services again.
