"It went well.  They seemed to do a very thorough job, they showed me views with their camera inside various ducts, both before and after the job.  They cleaned up well when finished, they were professional, on-time, and efficient.  They communicated well and the overall experience was good.

There was one small problem, which is why I have them a "B" on quality, and an "A' on everything else.  In order to get into one of the duct areas, they had to cut a hole into one of them in our crawlspace.  They then re-closed the hole with some sort of tape.  This would be fine, except, the hole was on the bottom of the duct, and due to gravity and force of air, the panel fell off.  I didn't notice it until I happened to go in there about 3 weeks later, and found that we were heating and cooling our crawlspace.  What they should have done was screwed it shut.

I will say, they handled the issue very well.  I called and told them what happened, and they had someone out the next day.  They used screws this time, AND tape, and made sure it was truly sealed.  No charge of course.  And they were very apologetic.  I don't really get upset when a contracting job has a little issue of some kind, as long as they fix it, and they did.
