"Bought Amana (Single Stage) HVAC System. Our old American Standard HVAC broke. They came in 2 weeks before and replaced the Gas Valve for $600 and 2 weeks later that broke too because of the electric board. They convinced us that instead of spending more money on parts that may also break later it's better to buy a new HVAC system. They recommended Amana dual stage - Variable system but next day they called that it was a mistake to recommend that because it doesn't exist in 15" size, so now they recommended Single stage and lower the price by $500. Not only that, but they helped us and went out of way to accommodate us with price. Likewise, they fixed it during Thanksgiving weekend."

I needed service in Sept 2018 and had various coupon prices of $39 and $49 for an A/C tune up and was about to chose on of them but decided to check Angie's list for a review or google for the coupon companies. Josh, the service tech was just a delight and the best part was that this company has a membership contract that I was able to purchase. It is a small monthly charge monthly and . I get 2 free tune-ups a year included in the monthly fee for NO charge and if I need any service work I get 20% off of the charge and same day service...all for only $12.95 a month. What a wonderful idea and I cannot express how happy I am with this choice. It is a win-win deal for me and the company. I am a very happy camper with my choice of this company."
