"I thought my sump pump wasn't working. We had some water seepage and I wasn't hearing it run. I didn't want to deal with trying to get the sealed cover off so called for an inspection. Ecoplumbers scheduled for later that afternoon. They called in advance and arrived as expected. They opened the sump well and were able to confirm that my sump pump works normally. They said it was no charge for the inspection and confirmed with a $0 receipt. Great deal."

"Hired Bapst because our pump stopped working. They were quick to respond. The professional was very pleasant and went straight to work. We thought it was the pump, it turned out to be just the tank switch. It had gone out in a storm and it just needed reset. We knew nothing about it. The man showed us how to reset it if it should ever happen again. He also explained everything to us so we could understand and if we need any other well service Bapst is who we will call."

"Impressed is an understatement! I called Apex when my mom's water heater went out and the company her home warranty sent couldn't repair the shut off valve. They came within 1.5 hours of me calling and were amazing. They repaired the shut off valve and took the time to explain everything.
