"Do not use them! They asked for more than 50% down to purchase materials and they left me with an unseasoned contractor when I was supposed to get a carpenter. They damaged my floors and hardwood stairs and left me with a hazardous staircase that was a finished and the first level not even started. I’ve requested money back and they blocked my phone number and I cannot reach anybody I’m going to file a claim to the Better Business Bureau for the serious situation that they left me in without even a reimbursement of payment. I’m an honest consumer warning anyone considering not to use them. Also the owner did not pay his employee for any labor of the job and the other 5 star posts are from the employees themselves. "Having removed the cistern cover of the powder room toilet to disentangle the flush chain, I discovered that a gasket at the top of the ballcock mechanism was leaking and squirting water all over the place. I quickly closed the wall shut-off valve, which promptly began to leak water on to the floor. These components are 30 years old. I found SAV Plumbing on Angies List and put in a computer request for a quote. Mr. Sumilovas called me a few minutes later and I explained the problem. He came to the house in about 30-40 minutes. I showed him the parts that were leaking. He replaced the entire ballcock assembly with a new, modern type and also the wall shut off valve with a new stainless steel type of valve and braided connection pipe. The new ballcock assembly fills the tank very rapidly and is much, much quieter than the old one, so I was very pleased with it. He completed the work in less than an hour and there have been no leaks. I am very satisfied with the work, especially the fact that the replacement parts are of high quality. I have been looking for a good plumber for some considerable time and I am very happy to have found one. I will definitely call Mr. Sumilovas again if I have any further plumbing needs."

"I called Christmas Eve morning because I had a flood and ice in my front yard. Bob the foreman came that day and diagnosed the issue. His team also installed a check valve Christmas Eve to stop the water from backing up into the house. They returned on the 28th, dug up the well head and fixed the leak. "On 5/7/18 my husband woke up in the morning to no water. In the past we had problems with pressure of our water so a few time another company came out to fix that issue and did Let us know some day it's not going to work any more but we thought ok (duh) on our part we didn't think it would really happen. So back to 5/7 we had no water so my husband works with a guy that recommended your company and the positive things about your company. So Justin and Will came out on the morning I don't know what to expect to hear and well it's wasn't good at all. But wow I can't say enough positive things about Justin I was frecking out on him about the situation and how I wasn’t handling the situation in a positive way and he was very calm and explained in detail what needs to be done and started doing it asap. But we had a issue with sand still being in the water. So they left the water running over the night to make sure the sand was totally gone. Then today they came out in the morning unfortunately I missed them because my cell phone was on silent, but I called the office to ask about what time they think they would be coming back and she informed me around 3pm and they actually are here at around 2:15pm and Justin informed me that the water is totally clean of sand. He explained every cost and if I wanted to save money on anything he informed me of that too. I knew by what he was explaining and informing me it wasn't going to be a cheap fix (but that the unexpected things with owning your own home) but I found out that the pump was over 40 years old and they couldn't believe that. But Justin and Will are very kind and understanding the way I was frecking out and at the end I was completely satisfied with your company. I will totally spread your companies name with the up most positive reviews. Thanks Justin and Will you both are great workers and also nice men to have working for your company."
