I interviewed a number of painting contractors before selecting Big League Painting. Some quoted an off-the-wall price. A couple of competitors quoted a slightly lower price, but their presentation and demeanor made an unfavorable impression on me, and I was reluctant to trust them. I checked Big League out thoroughly, in advance, **Quality** was the basis for my decision, in the context of a reasonable price. I was more than impressed by the positive result. The assigned painters were conscientious and demonstrated attention to detail. A complementary 1-hour on-site consultation with Michelle, their color consultant, was very helpful in our effort to match, contrast, and coordinate. I felt that the painters applied the same dedicated to our home as they would have applied to his own home. I highly recommend them. There are so many painting contractors out there. I consider us fortunate to have found them. I would definitely use them for future projects.

We are super happy with Big League Painting of River Forest and Alex in particular. I think the best way to say it is Alex really cares. I had contacted multiple painting companies for quotes. Alex responded quickly and offered to come by to give me a quote. Some companies just take the room dimensions but Alex walked around and carefully looked at what might need multiple coats, what repairs/patching might be required. He even recorded a video of our conversation to make sure all points would be addressed. Within hours, we had a very competitive quote. He gave me some options to include or not include some things to keep within my budget. After a quick phone call, I signed and paid our 25% deposit the next morning. Big League has multiple teams and they sent out a team of 3 to paint our entire interior (ceiling, walls and trim) and exterior trim within two weeks. Each day the same team showed up on time, was very professional and cleaned up at the end of the day. Alex personally stopped by almost everyday of the project to make sure things were going to my satisfaction. As we had just moved into the neighborhood, Alex went above and beyond and offered recommendations of location businesses as he grew up in the area. We were so impressed that we decided to add some additional work to repair and stain our back deck. Again we got a competitively priced quote and 'at cost' for lumber. They team ended up replacing a lot of boards and staining our deck. Needless to say, the interior / exterior / staining project was large and took a little time to complete. Any small areas that I wanted touching up inside were and outside are being addressed (subject to not raining). We are planning on using them in the near future once we do some construction work.

Everyone we dealt with at Big League was friendly, smart, and eager to please. You can tell they take pride in their young company and that they want to succeed by doing excellent work. They were clear and responsive in their communication with us. Their crew showed up as scheduled and did good clean-up once the job was done. We will use them again.

Patrick and the painting crew were extremely attentive and delivered what we agreed on. They were very flexible and optimized the work that needed to be done (interior vs exterior) when it was wet/dry. During the project execution, I also had a few additional things I found out I needed done - The responsiveness was great and the additional price charged was fair.

We had Romero paint the interior of our home. We had peeling paint and a large cracked area where paint was missing altogether. Romero did an amazing job patching the crack. He was punctual, hard-working, and meticulously cleaned up after himself. When we hire Big League for the rest of our house, we will be sure to ask for Romero.

I hired Patrick for my exterior paint. He is an outstanding sales person with a great communication skill. His price is competitive. Only drawback is that his crews are not so detail oriented. I also understand when you pain entire exterior, it's a big project to pay attention to details. However, most importantly, If you spot places where you are not happy with, Patrick will come and fix it for you. Overall, my wife and I were satisfied with the result.

Big league exceeded my expectations! I had the exterior of my house painted along with a few small jobs Inside taken care of. Patrick was very thorough with what I should expect and I couldnâ t be happier. I will continue to use them for all household jobs I need completed.
