I hired Mission 2 Organize to help organize my garage which was a total mess. They helped organize efficiently, took away lots of bags of things to donate as well as bags of trash. They put labels on everything so that we could create systems that would last. I had them return again to do my kitchen! With 3 small kids it has been hard to adjust to changing needs (from twin babies to toddlers to older toddler) so we had a variety of kid items that needed sorting. Again, they set up things that would work for us long term and it has helped us maintain it and generally keep our kitchen itself much cleaner! The team is very friendly, arrive on time, and also offer helpful suggestions like organizing products to purchase (not from them either, it's just helpful tips). I am already planning the next package we will purchase to have them help organize our home.

The Mission 2 Organize team helped us reclaim our living spaces through thoughtful reorganization and a made-easy decluttering process that has brought instant peace to our home. We hired M2O to bring back a sense of order to our home after repair and renovation work forced us to pack the contents of our first floor into one room. The team helped us our unpack boxes and dig our way out of a “pile city” in our dining room. As soon as Mackenzie and Clara arrived they wasted no time getting to work. Every minute was dedicated to digging us out of piles and bringing back order to our home. They provided suggestions for new storage options while also utilizing and repurposing existing storage in our home. They also helped us move around some light cabinets and bookcases to give the dining room a much better layout. Instead of forcing our unneeded items into trash bags and landfills, they took and transported several bags of donations to multiple organizations as part of the service. This was one of the main reasons we picked M2O. Their partnerships with different charities and upcycling groups allowed for us to let go of more things knowing they would be given new life somewhere else. From start to finish, we appreciated their quick responses to our initial inquiry, how easy it was to communicate through text and email, transparent pricing and discounts for new and continued customers. Throughout the whole process the entire team, from booking to organizing, approached our daunting task while being so thoughtful about our needs as a family, as indecisive individuals, and were judgement-free, which made a world of difference and brought a nice sense of calm to what can be a chaotic ordeal. We highly recommend them to anyone seeking efficient and enthusiastic organizers who also understand the emotions that can be involved in off-loading and organizing. Three years after downsizing from a house to my condo I still needed help making my office / guest room functional for my daily needs and comfortable for guests. It was worth every penny I spent yesterday for Chloe and Maria to whip my office into shape. And they were considerate of me when some of the decisions I had to make related to whether to let go of some things that my late husband and I purchased for our first home together. By the time she left, Svetlana had my bathrooms sparkling again and did some other light cleaning for me. This was a great experience all the way around. So much that I'll have them back later this summer to help me go through some of the other things that I just haven't been able to do since David passed. Thanks, M2O - I appreciate you so much.

I started this year promising myself I would finally organize my apartment and purge all unwanted items. I found Mission 2 Organize online and they are the best. We focused on my main and bedroom closets and they helped me sort through years of collected and saved ephemera. Got rid of so much stuff and my closets and kitchen are now functional in a way they have never been. Who needs a bigger apartment when you can organize the space you already occupy? They were so professional and kind and I am definitely going to use them again to work through my kitchen. So worth the money to ease stress, save time, and reset your life. I hired Mission 2 Organize to finally help me with my overwhelming closet floordrobe situation and in three hours they turned it back into a functional walk-in closet. There’s still more organizing to be done but it feels more manageable and my stress is less! One reason I chose this company was because other reviews mentioned you could be as involved, or not, as you prefer. I definitely didn't want someone to come in just to watch me do all the work! The team that came was great and only needed to ask a few general questions as they worked. I almost felt guilty watching TV while they worked so diligently, but seeing what they accomplished in so little time I likely would have slowed them down! I was also impressed with how much they were able to organize using supplies I already had. I was convinced I would need to redo my closet with some kind of expensive custom system, so in that sense they probably saved me thousands!

Let me state for the record: Mission 2 Organize will save you TIME and MONEY. It will save you time by tackling tasks that you just don’t have the bandwith or wherewithal to manage - and FINALLY get whatever you’ve been putting off in order. Lastly, they will save you money by showing you EXACTLY what you have: you might not know you don’t need a 4th bottle of hairspray or a 7th pair of black pants. Shopping in your own closet is real! Great customer experience and well worth the investment.

Our team of organizers was amazing! It was a fun, judgment free experience. I highly recommend for anyone overwhelmed and anxious about cleaning up and organizing their things. DREAMS DO COME TRUE!!!!! Mackenzie Scott and her team at Mission 2 Organize have not only turned my house into a functional and organized home. Over the span of 3-4 sessions and 4-5 organizers (each equally talented), they have done it with the highest level of professionalism and skill, all with a smile. My husband and I were struggling in the downsizing process (3 bed/2 bath to 1 bed/1 bath), but the M2O team was able to take our vision and execute it flawlessly. I do not typically write reviews (good or bad), but to say that M2O has exceeded our every expectation is an understatement, and I write this review with so much respect and love.

I used Mission2Organize for help with unpacking a large move. I wanted a big initial unpacking push right after we moved to get the key rooms ready quickly. Mackenzie, Chloe and their assistants walked in and got to work. I was a bit nervous beforehand, as I'm organized to begin with and have strong opinions about where things go and how they're arranged. The ladies worked with what I asked for, gave lots of helpful suggestions, and had my entire kitchen unpacked in no time. Same goes for all of the bedrooms. I highly recommend for anyone looking to use an organizing service!

Mackenzie and Melanie from Mission 2 Organize were amazing!!! They got to work right away and created an organization system for our mudroom/pantry closet that is perfect for our needs. They also took care of all of the items we needed to donate. Mackenzie gave some great organizing tips that we are definitely going to apply moving forward. Mackenzie and Melanie were also so great with our 2 energetic and curious French bulldogs who loved the attention! Excellent customer service! We couldn’t be happier with the results. WOW! I brought in Mission 2 Organize to organize three closets in my house! They did it all in four hours and made it SO user friendly. I was going to pay to upgrade my closets to make them more user friendly but instead Mission 2 Organized maximized my space for way less money! AMAZING!

New mom here! Well I’ll start with I really let my clutter out of control. I organized my kitchen the way I had it in my last place without thinking about functionality. Needless to say it wasn’t working for us. At my breaking point my partner found mission 2 organize. Lucky for me within 4 hours they were able to provide function and more space in my kitchen. They were pleasant and no judgement. I for one was embarrassed and she assured me i had nothing to be embarrassed about. They make great recommendations and help you make choices. Mackenzie and Ana have been a joy to work with and my saving grace at the end of a stressful move. Just 26 hours after the moving truck left, our kitchen is organized and put away and my bedroom closets are organized and clothes have an action plan. They are great at brainstorming solutions for each area of the home. We also made an action plan for my storage for me to carry out myself. Worth every penny of investment! Fantastic to work with!

I would definitely hire Mission 2 Organize again as this was such a great first experience! It’s been over 2 years since moving from my parents’ home to another state. Before moving I had accumulated so much that it became overwhelming that I had no clue where to begin. My new husband and I packed our car and headed on the road with the intentions of coming back and throwing out or taking the remaining items. The added challenge is that I am severely allergic to dust, so with the paper, clothes, shoes, etc., untouched for so many years made it almost impossible to do it alone. Given that my visits were limited to 3 to 7 days at a time, I never made any real progress with my disposal/organizing/cleaning efforts. McKenzie and Anna did an amazing job within approximately 12 hours. I would hire Mission 2 Organize again with a special request for these 2 amazing ladies. What impressed me most was that I didn’t have to worry about contacting the paper shredding and hauling companIes. It was all covered. McKenzie did a phenomenal job with coordinating and scheduling the pick ups. Anna was awesome sorting through mounds of paper and labeling specific/miscellaneous items. I left my parents’ home satisfied as well as relieved that I successfully accomplished a task that has haunted me for all these years. Now, I can move forward knowing everything upstairs is an open, livable space. Thanks again to Mission 2 Organize and a special thank you to McKenzie and Anna!
