In the end, they not only met our expectations, they exceeded them. Icon assembled a talented team to execute the building of our house. They selected a group of subcontractors that had the necessary talents and attention to detail to be able to execute the detailed design that we entrusted to them. The efforts of the subcontractors were carefully guided by our superintendent, Mike P. In the office, Shawna H. did a great job navigating our project thru the challenging City review process. We had several challenges during the project, and the Icon team dealt with them in a positive manner. It was such a great experience, I will recommend Real Seal to anybody I know that has water issues. Luis had to take down drywall to get to the problem, but you'd never know anyone was in the house doing any work. He cleaned up and left it spotless. I found Real Seal to be up front and honest, in fact my bill was less than quoted. And it's a lifetime warranty! You can't ask for better than that. Highly recommend."

Our problem was a lot of loose vinyl siding on our two-story home that we were fearful of blowing away. Dario Garcia and Jose were very thorough in their assessment of our project, making certain that the wood underneath the siding was in good condition before the repair, which it was. It was evident from this assessment that they took pride in what they do. They then gave us a fair estimate for the repair. "I needed to have a slip proofing put on the pergo for my dogs in addition to the replacement of a bathroom fan and a repair to my garage ceiling drywall. Daniel read up on how to apply the slip proofing for the pergo before coming to the house and recommended a nice ceiling fan. The price was very affordable and all of the work was done well. I am posting this review now because I came looking for him to do some more work in my house."

"J+F did a fantastic job for a reasonable cost. They raised the driveway slab over 2 inches and the sidewalk is now even where it meets the driveway and leve3l straight to the house. They cleaned up after themselves, and I mean CLEAN. The holes needed to be drilled are in line as much as could be... If I could give an A+ I would. The warranty and the service are worth the cost, and more. During the process a corner was chipped and they repaired it, I was made aware that things like that could happen so it was no surprise it did, but it was a pleasant surprise they made it unnoticeable to anyone that didn't know it happened. I thought I took a gamble because they only had one review when I booked them, But here is mine and I do believe they will have plenty more happy customers. Thank you guys!"
