"They were able to send out a tech to repair our AC pretty quickly (within a few days), even though this was during a bout of unusually high temperatures. The tech arrived towards the end of the given arrival window; even though he was still within the window, they called me that day to let me know he would be later rather than earlier, which was nice. The tech diagnosed the issue, and discussed options with me and fixed it (low line refrigerant, possible leak). All that was great, and prices seemed reasonable. The only negative part of the experience is that there was an extra charge to de-ice the frozen interior coils. I could have done that in advance if I knew I was supposed to (the tech seemed surprised I hadn't, or that I wasn't told to). Maybe that's obvious to others, but it's not that big of a deal, just an an annoying extra cost."

Not sure how that happened but as a service technician myself I have ran plenty of low voltage wire, cable lines, and Cat 5/6 wiring for internet services. After assisting the tech with running the wires. He wants to overcharge me. I asked him if he normally has customers assist with his work and then charge them extra money for there help. And I had to use my own drill to finish the job. I will not be recommending him for anything. Sorry bro you can keep it moving."
