"Jim, Roger, and Joe designed and installed a new furnace and duct work system for our 100 year old home. The ductwork that was in place was from the old coal furnace which had the supplies on the interior and returns on the exterior walls. Jim and Roger needed to redesign the entire system to make it function properly. Jim was very professional, communicative, knowledgeable, and timely with the pricing and installation of the entire job. The price was competitive with other quotes we received, and he assembled his team to begin the work very quickly. The job itself went smoothly with no issues. They were all a joy to work with and really went above and beyond to be sure we were happy with the project. After the project was complete, Jim even came back a few weeks later to be sure the air flow from each duct was accurate with the AC running (it was still too cool outside when the project was completed to run the AC). Best of all, our home is now comfortable for the first time in the 18 years we've lived here. It heats and cools quickly and efficiently, with no hot or cold spots like before. AWE (Air, Water, Energy) did a great job. The installers arrived on schedule and worked all day to removed the old equipment and installed the new equipment.  When they were finished, everything looked great and the work area was completely cleaned up.  The air conditioner has worked great all summer and kept our house at a comfortable temperature.  I am looking forward to a similar experience with the new furnace, also.  After the system was installed, AWE sent an inspector to our house to make sure the job was completed satisfactorily (which it was) and take pictures of the equipment to make sure it was installed correctly (which it was).

FYI, we have been a customer of AWE for over twenty years because of the great service they have always provided.  This was the 2nd furnace and air conditioner we have purchased from them.  They also installed our current water heater.  The technicians are always very knowledgeable and friendly.  They always arrive when they say they will arrive, and do what they promise.  The services provided have always met or exceeding our expectations.  I would recommend AWE to everyone.

"After the tech diagnosed the issue with the AC. It was determined that I needed to run a new line from the AC condenser on the roof to the furnace in the basement. Seeing how the line within the wall was cut. Not sure how that happened but as a service technician myself I have ran plenty of low voltage wire, cable lines, and Cat 5/6 wiring for internet services. After assisting the tech with running the wires. He wants to overcharge me. I asked him if he normally has customers assist with his work and then charge them extra money for there help. And I had to use my own drill to finish the job. I will not be recommending him for anything. Sorry bro you can keep it moving."
