Very well- the tech responded quickly and my dryer was fixed the next day.

Frankie stopped by and identified the issue quickly. He came back the next day with the necessary part, opened up the dryer and replaced the part within the hour. He also offered to replace the vent duct with a flexible one so that it's easier to move the dryer without pulling the vent loose. Once the job was finished, he thoroughly cleaned up the space. He did an excellent job, plus he was friendly and answered any questions we had.

It was absolutely fantastic!! I could not be happier or more satisfied. I called on Friday, and Frankie said he could come the next day (Saturday!) or on Monday. Monday it was. He knew where to look for solutions and worked on both my refrigerator and stacked washer/dryer. He was tenacious and persistent and would not give up until both appliances were completely and totally FIXED. He didn't charge by the hour, but by the project. And I was more than impressed by the cost. Amazing. I will NEVER look elsewhere for any future appliance repairs. I have such peace of mind as someone who does not know the difference between a gadget and widget--they offer excellent, timely service, honest work, incredible pricing, and they won't quit until the job is done and done right! 5 stars for me. I would give them more if I could.

Frankie was very knowledgeable. After discussing the issues we were having with our Maytag stackable washer - we thought we only needed a new bellow, but he discovered one shock was missing and recommended that all 4 shocks be replaced. After some discussion, my husband and I decided to replace rather than repair the washer. Frankie was very patient with us and offered some great advice. We would hire him, again, should the need arise.
