It was during a weekend of heavy downfall and my wife discovered a small leak in our upstairs bedroom moments before leaving for the weekend. We called four roofing companies, all giving us at least 4 or 5 days wait time until they could help us. My call to James was completely different. He understood the amount of rain we were getting and came over right away to take a look at our roof. Even though we were not home, James found the cause for the leak, repaired it, and on his way down from the roof, decided to clear out my gutters. "It went perfectly. Ivan and his team delivered what he said and it turned out better than we expected. He didn’t cut corners and made suggestions to make it better. We had a unique project. We had a deck above our front door rebuilt but the contractor did not finish the work underneath. We needed a ceiling put in, trim and a wood-box outline to complete the look. He also painted it. It was a two day project. They cleaned up nicely. Up to the start date, Ivan would text me with updates as to where we were on his list. I appreciated the constant contact."
