It was during a weekend of heavy downfall and my wife discovered a small leak in our upstairs bedroom moments before leaving for the weekend. We called four roofing companies, all giving us at least 4 or 5 days wait time until they could help us. My call to James was completely different. He understood the amount of rain we were getting and came over right away to take a look at our roof. Even though we were not home, James found the cause for the leak, repaired it, and on his way down from the roof, decided to clear out my gutters. It was an unbelievable act of generosity that quickly earned future business. We then turned to Ultimate Remodelers to install a new front door and, much like our previous experience, everything was done professionally and timely. The door was installed in a day and James and his company went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. Whether that was picking up the door themselves from Menards or responding quickly with texts, I knew that my satisfaction was their top priority. I grew up with my father always telling me to "have a guy" when it comes to home/car repairs. James from Ultimate Remodelers has earned the title of "my guy" and someone I completely trust, and you should too. He cares for his customers. They removed deck boards to discover a gap in the siding. Checked for water damage (thankfully no damage). Sealed the gap. I have not had any rainwater issues since. Price was totally reasonable. We discussed other future repairs/projects for my home and I look forward to working with them again."
