He had budgeted 2-4 hours to do the job, but the previous install had been done so poorly that there was a lot of stuff they needed to fix so the new air conditioner was installed to their satisfaction, so they were there for more than 6 hours and didn't ask for a dime more than their quote. I couldn't recommend these guys more highly."
