He came out on a separate call and assessed the situation before installing the TV mount. He provided the necessary equipment, was extremely detailed and prepared. The person who serviced my two air-conditioning units was very fair with pricing and letting me know my next steps to help replace these ACs. I am grateful that one was repaired enough to last through the time period when I get the replaced because this heatwave is bad. I would highly recommend this company for repairs and will be working with them in the future to replace my dishwasher as well.
