"We are beyond happy with the work and professionalism of Porterhouse Cooling and Heating. I called for an estimate and they were out the next day. Then that same day they were able to get us set up for our work. They began the project only a day later. They truly were amazing to work with and supported us throughout the process. We needed a huge job done, because we switched from all electrical to adding gas to our house along with a furnace, water heater, air conditioner, and all new ductwork. We had multiple obstacles that most people did not want to take on. Porterhouse helped us come up with solutions and were very reasonable. They were extremely hard working and did a great job with our house. We love our new heating and air systems! We also have a new thermostat that is wonderful. I highly recommend them for any heating or cooling needs!"

Not only did Jim at Vent give me the most competitive bid, he was hands down the most responsive to questions and phone calls, gave the most thorough inspection, and ended almost every conversation with a very sincere, "let me know if there's anything more I can do to win your business." On install day, his guys were early and ready to work. Jim showed up shortly after to supervise. My wife was there that day and he explained everything they were doing and why. He had budgeted 2-4 hours to do the job, but the previous install had been done so poorly that there was a lot of stuff they needed to fix so the new air conditioner was installed to their satisfaction, so they were there for more than 6 hours and didn't ask for a dime more than their quote. I couldn't recommend these guys more highly."

"After the tech diagnosed the issue with the AC. It was determined that I needed to run a new line from the AC condenser on the roof to the furnace in the basement. Seeing how the line within the wall was cut. Not sure how that happened but as a service technician myself I have ran plenty of low voltage wire, cable lines, and Cat 5/6 wiring for internet services. After assisting the tech with running the wires. He wants to overcharge me. I asked him if he normally has customers assist with his work and then charge them extra money for there help. And I had to use my own drill to finish the job. I will not be recommending him for anything. Sorry bro you can keep it moving."
