"I bought an 8 unit building back in 2022. In 2023, I contracted with Don to install washers and dryers in each of the units. This was not a mere installation task. It involved plumbing and venting, etc. HUGE value add to the building. We also needed to lift and stabilize a kitchen floor that had been sinking toward one side. Quite a complicated task but it turned out beautifully and I have not had a problem since. Finally, Don completely renovated a unit including new kitchen and bath - turned out magnificent. And everything was done on time and even on a relatively tight budget. The subcontractors Don has working with him were excellent. The plumber, electrician, carpenter, and HVAC techs were all top notch. This is the hallmark of a GC who has been in the business a long time. I am currently looking for another rental property of similar condition (fixer-upper) and will undoubtedly use Don and his crew - wouldn't even consider using anyone else."

I left him an initial voicemail which he returned within the day. He then immediately scheduled an appointment to see the property before receiving the architectural drawings. He spent over an hour with me walking through the site and explaining potential challenges on site. He then drove me to a property around the corner where he had completed e a major renovation (it looked beautiful). Ultimately, we went with a lower bid taking a gamble on inevitable change orders.
