Paul was tasked with a complete bathroom remodel in our condo in downtown Chicago. He gave us a reasonable quote when we first met to discuss the job and a very reasonable timeline to completion. The entire job was done within 8 weeks and any minor delays were very effectively communicated to us (and with good reason). Most importantly, Paul gained our trust throughout the job. He is responsive, honest, knowledgeable, punctual and generally a really nice guy who you trust to be in your home doing the job as promised. Job was done in a timely manner - especially given the extent of the water damage.
