Quite a complicated task but it turned out beautifully and I have not had a problem since. Finally, Don completely renovated a unit including new kitchen and bath - turned out magnificent. And everything was done on time and even on a relatively tight budget. The subcontractors Don has working with him were excellent. The plumber, electrician, carpenter, and HVAC techs were all top notch. This is the hallmark of a GC who has been in the business a long time. I am currently looking for another rental property of similar condition (fixer-upper) and will undoubtedly use Don and his crew - wouldn't even consider using anyone else."
