Paul is fantastic to work with. I've worked with his company on several different projects over the past 5 years - kitchen remodel, front porch remodel, stairwell rebuild. His team is knowledgeable, responsive and good at what they do. Can't recommend him enough.

MPT was excellent to work with. Every time they said they would start on a specific date or complete something by a specific date, they did. They completed the project on budget and were always communicative on next steps. On top of that, we are very happy with the quality of work that was performed. One month after completion, everything is still perfect. You always hear horror stories about remodeling projects going overbudget or past deadlines, but that was not the case with MPT. I would certainly hire them again!

We are very pleased with the work done by Paul and his team. They were courteous, professional, punctual and easy to communicate with. It was a tricky job becaus of space restrictions and we are happy with the end result and the work was completed within the time frame initally given. We have done some major renovations previously and know that there are so many things that can go wrong in a big job like this but all was smooth and calm. I would definitely use for future jobs and recommend to others.

MPT was both friendly and professional. They gave us ideas for the layout and products. They started at scheduled day and finished in agreed amount of time. They were prompt everyday and the workmanship was excellent. I would not hesitate to use them for another project..

He was nice enough to come to our home and gave us an estimate on some additional work we wanted done. We were not ready in late 2017 to start. We contacted him Spring of 2018 and never received a response. It was very disappointing because we thought we could trust him since he initially did a great job for us. We contacted him via Angie List, business email, and cell phone to no avail.

I had moldy caulk all around my bath tub and tracked shower doors. Paul arrived when MPT said they would and I explained my needs and concerns. Paul worked quickly and diligently, and unlike my feeble effort, applied a proper caulk with an anti-mold guarantee.

Paul and his company MPT Enterprises are the type of remodeling contractor you could ever hope for. Being our first full remodeling projects, we were nervous about shoddy workmanship and cutting corners. Paul is not about any of that. He treated our projects as if he was constructing in his own home. From day one he communicated his daily expectations and any impacts we needed to be aware of. He always responded to questions and communicated well via text and pictures while we were both at work. He was flexible with project changes and always provided his feedback based upon his experience. Paul and his protege Martin always arrived on schedule and were flexible working around our busy schedules. We found them both to be very trustworthy in our home after we got to know them. They insisted on keeping the work area and rest of the house as clean as possible during the project. At the end of each day they would roll up all drop clothes and vacuum around the area. Both Paul and Martin are extremely skilled craftsmen for which we were great full for. They laid out our tile and discussed options with staggering the pattern. Their skills at cutting and placing the tile to the requested pattern were flawless. In addition, their grouting and caulking lines were very smooth and clean. They also excelled with their carpentry skills which showed on our recessed medicine cabinet and new vanities. Thanks to their dedication and detailed work, both of our bathrooms exceeded our original expectations. We both liked Paul's work and attitude so much, that we asked him to look at a sliding patio door problem at my mothers home. Paul stopped by a few days later and ended up replacing all the rollers on the door to get it working smoothly again as opposed to totally replacing the door. He is an all around skilled tradesman that has served our needs well, and we recommend him and his company MPT Enterprises.

Bathroom Repair MPT Enterprises My wife and I recently moved into a +30 year old home and quickly discovered that the two bathroom had multiple plumbing problems; a shower stall and floor that was cracked and leaking; cabinets in desperate need of repair; and numerous electrical problems. We conducted an extensive search over a 60 day time frame; conducted multiple interviews; checked numerous references and ultimately decided to go with Paul and MPT who was clearly the most qualified AND also happened to be the most price competitive. Regarding the work they performed, I hardly know where to begin but I would start by saying that Paul and his team are the consummate professionals. The work was absolutely first rate (plumbing, electrical, tile, caulk, you name it); communication was ongoing as we always knew WHAT they were going to do, WHEN they we going to do it and they ALWAYS asked our opinion about the smallest detail before any work was done. They arrived on time every day and cleaned up with a broom and dust pan at the end of every work day. I consider my wife a perfectionist and only on rare occasion did she need to mention something to Paul that needed to be addressed and inevitably he was already on it and did it with a smile. He was beyond meticulous. The highest marks that I can give Paul is that whenever I need any work done in the future, he will be my first – and only – phone call and I have highly recommended him to friends and family. Thanks to Paul and his team for a job well done!

Good. They were punctual and professional

Paul is by far the best contractor that we have ever worked with on any job in our home (and we've worked with 2 others in the past 2 years). Paul was tasked with a complete bathroom remodel in our condo in downtown Chicago. He gave us a reasonable quote when we first met to discuss the job and a very reasonable timeline to completion. The entire job was done within 8 weeks and any minor delays were very effectively communicated to us (and with good reason). Most importantly, Paul gained our trust throughout the job. He is responsive, honest, knowledgeable, punctual and generally a really nice guy who you trust to be in your home doing the job as promised. Definitely two thumbs up and we will be working with Paul again in the near future.

Paul with Martin have provided services which resulted beyond our expectation. They have delivered high quality services and handled unexpected issues in a professional way.
