We had Norbac painters stain our cedar siding. They did an awesome job and went above our expectations. They repaired, caulked and made our 60 year old siding look brand new. They were reliable and respectful. We will definitely use them for other projects!

Rick and team are highly recommended for carpentry and painting projects. They did an excellent job installing a new breakfast nook and removing old built in cabinets - leaving it looking like new. Professional, and deeply cares about the quality of his work. Highly recommend.

I interviewed and received 4 quotes for the painting of my entire exterior. Not only was Rickâ s quote competitive but his knowledge of what needed to be done to paint my fiberglass front door. He also uses the best materials. His ENTIRE team was very friendly and meticulous. Project started and completed on time. Give Rick an opportunity to bid on your job.

Rick and his team went above and beyond expectations. There were no hidden costs and he communicated with us at the start of every day during the project and at the end of the day. We are very satisfied with the finished results. What was the work NORBAC did for us? We had a pipe burst at the end of winter that caused water damage to our carpeted basement. Rick and his team assessed the damage to the walls and to the floor. Remediation was fast and professional. We replaced the entire basement floor and stairs with luxury vinyl. Some of the cuts required for the steps were not easy...his team took on the challenge and did wonderful! Additionally we added a full bathroom in the basement. Again, Rick and his team made sure to get things done in a timely and professional manner. We had ideas and Rick made it happen with thoughtful recommendations. He took the time to listen and make note of our requests. Overall, I would recommend NORBAC to anyone looking for a reliable, respectful , and professional contractor. The entire team was very respectful of us, our neighbors, and our home. From flooring,, drywall, plumbing, electric, painting, and tile work their attention to detail is incredible.. They are a talented and hard working team. My son has decided to hired Rick and his team for work at his condo too. Their pricing is fair and their work is excellent. Great experience with NORBAC.

The owner Ricardo Hernandez of Norbac Remodeling, LLC has very poor communication and business skills. - I found out today that according to the Village of Romeoville, Norbac Remodeling, LLC is NOT LICENSED OR BONDED with the Village and is not allowed to work on homes within the Village! Norbac Remodeling, LLC, you have been reported! - Ricardo does not follow directions unless you explain yourself 3 times. - Ricardo gets mad when you question the quality of work and gets very argumentative and will start raising his voice. - Poor workmanship in many areas, including a 2-inch gap under the front storm door that he just installed. - Failed to install all new appliances as agreed upon. I could go on and on with this list. - Job was never 100% completed as promised and to my satisfaction. - Did not follow work agreement as to how all materials and services would be paid. - Started project late and finished project late. When Ricardo said the project was done he shows me an invoice for $13,000 over the $40,000 budget, then this guy goes running to his lawyer who files a mechanics lien on my property when I refuse to pay the $13,000 unexpected overage. He also would not provide receipts when asked to justify the $13,000 overage. Ricardo shows me a Dunkin Donuts box with crumpled receipts but would not let me look at them or prove anything to me. - Failed to provide proof of liability or workers compensation insurance. - It is my opinion that this guy is a deadbeat, shady contractor and I would like to caution everyone to pass this guy by. If you have been a victim of fraud or deception by an Illinois contractor, then you should file your complaint with the IL Attorney Generals Office as swiftly as possible.

This company has the skills to turn an old kitchen into a modern day masterpiece!! Very hard workers and a pleasure to seethe results each day they were here, Couldn't be happier with our kitchen!!! a lot of contractors over promise and under deliver, Ricardo and his crew in my honest opinion over delivered, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us!!!

Ric and his crew are kind, wonderful people to work with. His meticulous attention to detail and his intuitive design based on how we wanted to use our space created a beautiful basement. We absolutely love our new basement and we are planning to use them for our kitchen.
