Cleared condensate drain with nitrogen & vacuum. Unit draining properly after repair. 0ppm co reading. No gas leaks found. Customer recently had a cc completed. All ok at departure. Recommendation is that if you need this service performed is to get a quote in writing from the vendor ahead of time or just get a shop vac and do it yourself. Will not recommend although would like to hear vendor response as to how this poor customer experience could work better. (UPDATE): The Vendor has reached out to try and mitigate the cost and is much appreciated."

They both were professional and answered my numerous questions. The rodding of kitchen drain took longer than I expected because the kitchen drain did not clear immediately. They were were patient and worked through the presenting issues with both the kitchen sink and laundry tub. They also spent time after rodding pipes to look at a potential future project. I look forward to using perma seal in the future."

That following Monday, the technician arrived and went through each step is sealing off the concrete foundation to the water leak. The fix worked well and was put to the test with the recent record rains. Not one drop of water came into the basement."

"Austin and his crew were great. The Real Seal staff is professional, courteous and on time. They gave accurate estimates, time frames and provided real solutions. Replacing the sump pit created a mess as they basically had to dig a new pit. The crew did a great job cleaning up. By the time the crew was gone you would have never known they were there. We have used The Real Seal in the past when we needed an additional sump pit and an interior drain tile in the opposite side of the house. We had had minor water seepage issues for many years and was unable to determine the cause. Austin took the time to work the issues, determined the cause and came up with a great solution. We have had no issues and many heavy rains in the past couple of years since the work was completed. Without the work done by The Real Seal we would have definitely had water issues. We have used The Real Seal in the past, and if we have issues that they work on, we would definitely use them in the future."

"The estimator (Kaz) was prompt, informative, and responsive to my many queries before I signed a contract. The project manager and workers were all very prompt, professional, and courteous. They were respectful of our property and that of our neighbors, taking off their shoes when inside and cleaning up their work. I asked them to run an additional line from one of my downspouts, which was done without incident. We also worked together to problem solve an issue related to the sump discharge line. On day 1, they cut our buried cable line because it was marked incorrectly. However, the foreman called the company and it was resolved/fixed within a few hours (it has taken more than a day in the past when I’ve called!). I was quite surprised at how they cleaned up after excavating for the 6 inch drainage pipes. They estimated 5 days to complete the work and finished in 3 days. While I was not excited to spend that much to fix the problem, we knew we needed to address the improper drainage. Additionally, while I feel that I know what needed to be done and probably could have done so myself for less money, it would have taken me 3 months, not 3 days with my schedule. Overall, I’ve been pleased with the work and may have them come back and address an additional drainage issue in our yard in the future."

"I cannot praise this company enough! We loved working with them, and they did excellent work. They are highly responsive - and very courteous. We sought bids from 3 contracts on Angie's List. One never bothered to reply. A second told us - without talking to us - that the job would be too small. And then there was J & P Brothers Landscaping. :-) Juan replied within a few hours to set up an appointment. He was at our house the next day to see what the job entailed. Once we signed off on the work, we were on his calendar quickly -- within a few days. They showed up when promised. The only day they didn't come as planned was due to storms - and thankfully, they put off the sanding for a day or we would have had a huge mess. The tricky part about repairing pavers is getting things back the way they were. (The last time we hired a company for a similar job, we were told it was too hard to get pavers back in their original position, so we should really just replace everything. Puh-lease.) Juan had a system down for making sure all the pavers went back to their original place. He and his crew thoroughly cleaned out the old sand, moss and weeds that had taken over. They reinforced the repaired sections to ensure things stay where they are. They tidied up after themselves every day. (The only thing that was messy was the powerwashing. It blows a lot of gunk everywhere. Totally NOT their fault. Just mentioning it so that you are prepared if you are considering similar work. Move as much as you can - planters, furniture, etc. -- well out of the way.) The end result is a gorgeous patio and sidewalk that look brand-new. Even my 11-year-old was impressed. ;-) It rained the day after they finished - the lake is gone! This project was well worth every penny we paid. There is no way we ever could have done this job ourselves - much less done it to the level of excellence they did. I was so pleased with the work that they did that we asked them to bid on a second job before they finished the first one.
