"Within 5 minutes of requesting a quote, they texted me and then called me. My kitchen sink was stopped up in both drains. I had tried draino but it didn't work. Unfortunately the appointment i had for the next day was canceled but rescheduled for the following day and at the time I needed. Gabriel C was my technician that came over to unclog my drain. He was very polite, professional and clean. He was able to get the water out thru the drain pipe right under the sink. He then pulled the rest of my pipes off and found the clog. He was able to get the gunk out and used his equipment and there were no more clogs down the rest of the pipes. He wore his booties inside and cleaned up after himself. "This company exceeded my expectations. When I called initially to schedule the service, I was connected with the plumber who came and did the work. He asked very specific questions, which probably really helped this not happen as frequently as it has happened in the past. I am in a ground floor condo, and this has happened at least 4 times previously. My upstairs neighbor has a garbage disposal (which most plumbers say is a disaster for any homeowner).
