He set up a time to choose our stain, and even grabbed some extra so we could match our Butcher Block counters to our hardwoods. A rep came out immediately to inspect and within 2-3 days another crew came out and lightly sanded and re-coated the floor at no charge. So, great follow up and strong customer service.
