Unfortunately the appointment i had for the next day was canceled but rescheduled for the following day and at the time I needed. Gabriel C was my technician that came over to unclog my drain. He was very polite, professional and clean. He was able to get the water out thru the drain pipe right under the sink. He then pulled the rest of my pipes off and found the clog. He was able to get the gunk out and used his equipment and there were no more clogs down the rest of the pipes. He wore his booties inside and cleaned up after himself. "Very well. It took two visits to determine the extent of the work. I am hoping all this work does the trick and our drains work more properly. We were experiencing slow draining in the two kitchen sinks. The building is old, 131 years old, and has the original stack. The technician said that our catch basin and sewer line are in good shape. It took some time to clear the stack. There is some concern that the stack might need replacing in the future."
