Knowledgeable and courteous

The work was excellent. Melissa, who said she was an owner yelled at us on the phone. We had asked her if our faucet was under warranty. She looked it up and said no. We gave permission to order the item for us. When the wonderful serviceman installed the faucet, we found out that the faucet had a lifetime guarantee. Mellisas recommendation- call Koehler and we could have looked it up by herself. She then claimed that she didnt tell us it was under warrantee and that she said she wasnt sure. My husband dots his is. If she would have said that we would have double checked. Melissa takes NO responsibility. She did not try to placate us. I had to hang up the phone because she was YELLING at me! We lost over $250 due to their negligence.

They showed up on time, honored their bid price, didnâ t leave a mess behind and weâ re cheerful through it all. Very nice company I would recommend them!

Discovered that our water heater died around 7 p.m. on a Wednesday night. Within minutes of my HomeAdvisor request, Glen called. We discussed options for repairing, replacing with the same unit, or replacing with a tankless system. Glen very patiently answered all of my questions, giving me confidence that we were making the right choice instead of just the easiest one. The next afternoon, we were back up and running and couldn't be happier with the service we received. We will definitely be calling Wagner Family Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Sump went out in my rental house, Glen worked with me to get it repaired asap. Highly recommend!

Was prompt. Diagnosis the problem. Came back, fixed the problem; Cleaned up after the work was completed. I was very satisfied. Another problem in the future??? I will give them a call.
