"We had a blockage in our main sewer pipe under the basement floor. It turns out we had an old flood control gate that had collapsed. It was about 80% closed, so water was not able to get out of the house appropriately. I called several companies and not only was Robert's price reasonable, he was the most knowledgable and willing to talk through the issue and the solution. Robert, Phillip, and his crew were able to break up the concrete floor and replace the pipe despite the fact that it was encased in several feet of concrete and was located right near our fireplace. It was a bigger job than we anticipated due to the original pipe being encased in much more concrete than is typically used, but they were able to take care of everything without destroying the walls or fireplace. The new pipe was put in, and the hole was patched with cement. I can't say enough good things about the planning and work that Robert and his crew did. They were skilled and professional and a pleasure to do business with. Despite the large hole in the floor, the clean up was impressive. Half way through the process when we saw just how big and difficult the job was, I felt confident that we chose the right company. This problem could have been a lot worse, and I am glad we trusted Lincoln Sewer and Drainage to take care of it. They also noticed that our catch basin needed minor cement repair, and took care of that while they were here. "The job started early April 19, 2019 and continued all day. The rough surfaced concrete needed to be ground smooth with a diamond tooled walk behind grinder. A number of surface cracks had to be opened, filled with polyurea patch, and ground smooth. This phase took half the day. An epoxy base coat was rolled on. Colored poly flakes were immediately broadcast over the wet epoxy. After this first coating dried, a sun proof polyaspartic topcoat was applied. Nothing was damaged and all materials were properly disposed. Job Price - $1600."

"As noted above they were here as promsed and the work was done very professionally and the  gentleman (Martin Jaime) who gave us the estimate was there all day to supervise the work.  Martin was always concerned about what we thought about the work as it progressed and discussed various issues with me throughout the day.  The work was completed by 3:30PM.  They did an excellent job with the clean up of the yards and removed all materials, etc as requested.   They even brought in a power washer and cleaned the sidewalks and the driveway off.   We were very please with the work performed and the manner in which it was perform.  We would certainly use them again and would highly recommend them."

"Mitch was one of the only vendors to call me back after starting my search last fall. It seems that all the concrete businesses in the Chicago Western Burbs have been booked up--some of the highly rated ones didn't even respond--especially for a non-driveway project. So, I appreciated his responsiveness from the start.
Because we got started early in the season, we had to wait out the weather several times to begin work, but Mitch kept me posted on when he thought they could try. And then, when the weather finally started warming above 50 degrees, I had some restrictions with my schedule because I was in the process of showing my home for sale. 
Mitch and crew came on a Wednesday to break up and dispose of the the existing concrete, dig the necessary "trenches" (cutting out patches of grass), and get the stakes inserted for the pouring. On Friday (the next available "good weather day"), they returned in the morning and promptly poured the concrete.
They did a nice job, were very tidy, courteous and easy to work with. I've received many compliments on the new walkways, particularly the one leading up to the front door, which was most important to me since it's the first impression that a potential buyer could have!
This was a fairly simple job, but would highly recommend them and consider using them again for a larger job down the road.
