"Sunivation was our hero! When our original solar panel company, Sun Power, went out of business we did not have anyone to service or repair our system. Tim and Sunivation came to the rescue. He was able to find our problem within minutes, install replacement parts, and had our system up and running in no time. Not to mention the original defective parts he replaced just about started a fire. He was professional, polite, and informative. "My thermostat panel burned out. I was under warranty, fortunately. The panel was no longer being made so they replaced it with an upgraded thermostat panel at no cost. All I paid for was Labor. I have been using FourSeasons for many years and although they are a bit pricey, they are very professional and always get the job done. They also replaced the Circuit board on my furnace at no cost."

"The estimator was a really friendly guy and had a lot of information about the business that Kapital is in. Fortunately, although I had lots of questions, he was not pushy on services or needlessly verbose about them which I appreciate. He seemed to get what I was asking at every step.
We asked for an estimate for EVSE. We have a parking slab off the alley (so no garage w/ electric). We talked about lots of options for that. They seemed very comfortable with our situation which isn't entirely straight forward and I really appreciated that as I was afraid that many of the installers who do this work would want to walk away from any significant work.
We received an estimate for hooking into our panel and trenching a line through the back yard to the parking slab. We discussed using an existing basketball hoop mount as the mount point which the estimator was happy to consider (the stands for chargers are insanely expensive). We talked about solar on homes and parking canopies with solar as well.
Overall we are not ready to take the dive with this yet but I've come away with a decent understanding of the service, cost, and more. Kapital will be first on our list when it's time to move.

"The detail they took was amazing and very professional. We worked primarily with Art Meyer who was very helpful in recommendations, placement and approach. I would highly recommend the solar tubes as it brightens up two stairways so much better. They have never leaked and only needed one minor adjustment a few month after. They responded very quickly to make the adjustment. If you are thinking solar tubes, go with the larger size if you can.
