He analyzed the water damage source caused by the attic bathroom shower, which in turn leaked onto the dining room ceiling...causing major water damage to the plaster. Based on his superb experience and expertise, Joe conducted a couple of tests to locate the source of the problem. At this point he realized that the water damage was not caused by a piping source, but a structural issue in the shower. He was very thorough and explicit in his explanation of how this water traveled to cause this type of damage. Therefore, a bathroom ceramic tile contractor would best fit my needs for this work. "We have lived in our house for 10 years. Right after we moved in there was water in the crawlspace and we hired Permaseal to do drain tile. We've had no water issues for 10 years. This year we finally decided to do something about the settling in the addition and again hired Permaseal to install piers around the foundation (interior and exterior). Hugo M. and his team did an outstanding job, working through some very cold days, installing everything as planned and at each moment stopping to show us the work and the progress. The work required going through the drain tile on the interior pier locations and the team reinstalled the drain tile system before pouring the final concrete. The work was really well done and everything was left clean and picked up, which is remarkable considering the scope of the work."

"We highly recommend US Waterproofing. Unfortunately, after repeated issues (we’ve had water getting through a basement door, water backing up from drain/sewer pipe, foundation cracks – all which were addressed) we now have had issues with hydrostatic water pressure delivering a great deal of water to our finished basement. Only one solution – drain tiles and sump pump installation. US Waterproofing was outstanding, every step of the way. They communicated clearly what was needed, and much to our surprise, what was not. They did not ever try to sell us anything that was not needed – only what was – installation of drain tile, window well drains, sump pump, and all work related. All of the crews involved were outstanding – in particular, the crews installing the drain tile and sump pump. The supervisor clearly and concisely explained every step – and when issues arose, they were dealt with promptly. The teams removing drywall and reinstalling also did very good work, and were very responsive. Everything was done correctly, and on schedule The work is now complete – and the basement is back to normal. I commend USW on all facets – they explained everything, did not try to oversell anything, and were responsive to issues as they arose. All the way around – sales, customer support, install teams – outstanding. If you have an issue with water in your home, please consider US Waterproofing."

Was not told ahead of time that I would need to pay 408 dollars for essentially hooking up a wet vac to the end of a pipe and turning it on for thirty seconds Expected to pay $200 Actual payment was $493 Line codes from the invoice S-Service Call $85.00 S-Blow Out Condensate Drain $408.00 DESCRIPTION OF WORK / RECOMMENDATIONS from vendor Condensate pvc drain clogged with sludge & slime. Cleared condensate drain with nitrogen & vacuum. Unit draining properly after repair. 0ppm co reading. No gas leaks found. Customer recently had a cc completed. All ok at departure. Recommendation is that if you need this service performed is to get a quote in writing from the vendor ahead of time or just get a shop vac and do it yourself. Will not recommend although would like to hear vendor response as to how this poor customer experience could work better. (UPDATE): The Vendor has reached out to try and mitigate the cost and is much appreciated."
