He analyzed the water damage source caused by the attic bathroom shower, which in turn leaked onto the dining room ceiling...causing major water damage to the plaster. Based on his superb experience and expertise, Joe conducted a couple of tests to locate the source of the problem. At this point he realized that the water damage was not caused by a piping source, but a structural issue in the shower. He was very thorough and explicit in his explanation of how this water traveled to cause this type of damage. Therefore, a bathroom ceramic tile contractor would best fit my needs for this work. This year we finally decided to do something about the settling in the addition and again hired Permaseal to install piers around the foundation (interior and exterior).
