"Dear Mr. [Member Name Removed], We provided and installed 4 tankless water heaters on September 24, 2018 and you were happy with our service and price. You originally wrote us a good review October 6, 2018 and then had some issues with the product October 28, 2018 that we addressed. I came out and looked at the units and the units were heating properly. I contacted a Navien representative and they came out also and looked at the 4 units. The representatives explained that the tankless heaters are functioning properly and that the issue is with the building pipes. We talked through the issues about why the water was not heating properly in the different units, I apologized that you were unhappy after using it, but I did what I was hired to do and completed the job on time and correctly. After we looked at everything and explained the issues, you were not satisfied with our answer and changed your review on March 24, 2019 and then again on October 2, 2019 (with the June 2019 date).
