True to his word, he called and arrived when he said he would. After surveying the problem it was determined I needed a new sump pump. Steve quoted me the price and said he would have someone out the next day. The next morning I received a call from Steve letting me know he could have Julian out to my house that morning in about 20 minutes if that would work. I said it was perfect and Julian arrived when Steve said he would. Julian was very professional and courteous (as was Steve) and within an hour my new sump pump was installed. Julian called Steve to confirm the price which was what Steve had quoted me and Steve said he would email me my receipt later that day. I received my receipt later that day as promised.
