The laid down tarps to walk on so as not to damage my floors and they cleaned up everything and the end of the day. "Patrick, the owner made the service call to my house in about 1/2 hour. I was alone, babysitting for my two grandchildren and very worried. I explained my problem, he told me what to look for (a water shut off valve) and asked if I could turn the water off. I told him I would try. I was frantic because with the babies, then not finding any shut off valve, water coming up from the floor, and clearing way for what I thought would be a wall tear down - Patrick and his "manager" (?) arrived. (Mind you, my family also came to help, but did not locate the shut off valve). The water pipe happened to run under my bedroom floor! Needless to say, WITHIN MINUTES the rushing water stopped. I still have water for daily household use as the problem was a broken pipe to the exterior spigot.  Patrick was soaked, yet took the time to explain to me why exactly this had happened. He encouraged me to wait until the Spring when the weather is warmer to make any changes and repairs. Patrick is professional, knowledgeable, and quite a gentleman, (despite being waterlogged) and I felt that he gave me all options for this future repair.

Was not told ahead of time that I would need to pay 408 dollars for essentially hooking up a wet vac to the end of a pipe and turning it on for thirty seconds Expected to pay $200 Actual payment was $493 Line codes from the invoice S-Service Call $85.00 S-Blow Out Condensate Drain $408.00 DESCRIPTION OF WORK / RECOMMENDATIONS from vendor Condensate pvc drain clogged with sludge & slime. Cleared condensate drain with nitrogen & vacuum. Unit draining properly after repair. 0ppm co reading. No gas leaks found. Customer recently had a cc completed. All ok at departure. Recommendation is that if you need this service performed is to get a quote in writing from the vendor ahead of time or just get a shop vac and do it yourself. Will not recommend although would like to hear vendor response as to how this poor customer experience could work better. (UPDATE): The Vendor has reached out to try and mitigate the cost and is much appreciated."

"I called this company in an emergency situation. My drain in my basement was clogged. It was raining and they came and tried to clear the blockage it did not work. Rubin suggested that the pipe might be broken we agreed that I would have them do the work I sign the contract to have work done. The drain unclog before they arrived I called then to inform them that the work was not needed. I know that they had already requested the city permit we came to an agreement that I would let them keep the deposit. Yes I would call them for all of my plumbing needs. Thanks for the relief.."
