"After living in our house for 20 years, we had seepage for the first time in one part of our basement. We called several waterproofing places that morning and ULB was by far the most responsive. The same day we called, Stoyan came out to see the leak, diagnose the cause, and propose a fix. Stoyan did an excellent job at explaining the problem and scheduling the repair. Within two days, Kyle came to fill the crack. His work was also excellent. Stoyan and Kyle both came to our house at the times promised and were very good at answering the questions we had. "The plumbing on the lower level of my place went haywire a couple of weeks ago and there was a smelly overflow of water coming out of the drain where my furnace and hot water heater drained condensation.  I called Charlie in a bit of a panic and left a message.  I waited a couple of hours and called back, and he picked up to let me know he was working on another job and would call me back.  Charlie called back around 9:30pm and told me that the issue is most likely related to my sump pump.  I told Charlie I had to leave for work at a certain time the next day so he said he could come over in the morning.  In the meanwhile, he told me not to run any water on the lower level.  
When Charlie came over, he checked the electrical connection first, which was fine, and eventually found out that the sump pump had died.  So right away, he ran out to grab a new one and came back quickly to begin replacing the pump.  When he tested the new sump pump, it still didn't work, and he ended up finding a clog in the pipes.  He fixed that issue right away.  Charlie finished right by the time I had to leave for work.  
Throughout the process, he took the time to explain what he was doing and gave me some tips along the way, which was much appreciated by this first time home buyer.  It was nice to experience someone so thorough and nice... Plus, Charlie gave me a good price on the services.  It's nice to know he's close by, too.  I'd give him a call again if I ran into any other plumbing issues.

Daniel also provided good tips for how we could perform preventative maintenance on our kitchen sink drain line, and he showed me what part I would need to order to be able to remove and clean our faucet aerator to help restore proper water pressure.
