"The previous sewer company claimed my sewer line was completely blocked after "their attempts" rodding and jetting the line. Their solution was the need to excavate and replace a new section of sewer pipe, which also would tear apart part of my driveway. Since it wasn't an emergency yet, I wanted a second opinion. Luckily, I turned to Angi's list and reached out for another quote. Tim responded promptly & was confident to try and see what's going on, first with his camera and then using a very small claw which could open up the line. Fortunately he was honest and right as he got thru the blockage and proceeded to use larger claws to fully rod out and clean the entire sewer line to the street, saving me a small fortune along with the aggravation dealing with the possible need of excavation and replacement of the sewer line. I would well recommend his services and will continue to have him service my sewer line. Thank you Angi's list and Tim from DRAINS INC. !"

"EXCELLENT! The pipe clogged on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON, of course. Water was leaking into our basement! I started looking for someone with 24 hour service, and no one could come out. Then I got a call from IL Sewer and Drain. Joe said he could be out in about an hour, it was already after 4:30 pm. He came out, and was able to unclog our pipe! But upon inspection, the pipe needed to be replaced. He was able to schedule it for the next morning! The work took a few hours, but was all finished and cleaned up! I would not hesitate to hire them again or give them an outstanding reference."

"I had a plumbing emergency that started as a blocked pipe and ended up being a sheared sewer pipe that 1) needed to be located under a set of concrete steps 2) had to be unblocked and then repaired over a period of 3 days. It was hard manual labor and very difficult work. Ray and his team, including Martin were extremely professional, spending time explaining what was happening every step of the way and going through the costs in detail. They had to dig a 6ft hole in my back yard and then had to break off parts of the concrete steps. They left my backyard in tact, took away all the junk and waste material and supported the new pipe to code. I would recommend them highly for any plumbing job. On mine they were truly put to the test and remained focused, professional and delivered excellent work."

"I hired Aqua Smart Plumbing because I had no cold water to my second floor apartment. The plumber diagnosed the problem, which was in an area I thought could not have been the cause. He was right, and I was wrong. He replaced the needed pip and valve very efficiently. He also fixed the toilet on the second floor, which had a malfunctioning water valve. I chose Reliance because I have used them exclusively for my plumbing work for several years. I had an awesome bathroom install done by them. They took two small rooms and built me a beautiful bathroom. I liked that I had the option to have them provide all fixtures and tile or let me purchase what I wanted. I chose to buy my own items. They had a specialty crew for each aspect of the job. Electricians for the electrical work, different plumbing crews to do the different plumbing jobs, and a carpenter for other non-plumbing items (framing, vanity install, towel bars, mirror, etc.) Each member or the team was polite, professional and did a great job. I must give extra recognition to Scott Scrivner the carpenter. He was meticulous with all his work. He made sure everything was done to perfection. He made me aware of any issues and we discussed how I wanted them handled. Unfortunately, during the install my sewer started backing up, not at all related to the work they were doing. We hadn't had the line cleaned out in over four years. I called and they sent a crew out within hours to try to clear the line. It turned out not to be a simple tree root or clog, but a serious issue preventing proper drainage. George Rivera, who is most knowledgeable about all plumbing issues, gave me a very detailed explanation with camera footage about the problem. Great company."
