We followed up with office and asked owner to respond to fix the problem. We have not received a response since the inspection by Alex. Alex was very nice and professional, but the lack response by the office as a return customer is concerning."

The wood was as good as wood gets these days. The fence was hand-assembled. The work was good and completed in a timely fashion. Glitches that did come up were addressed. The workers corrected mistakes we pointed out to the owner. Our one problem was that when we called about some warping of the wood on the gates months later, our call was not returned. The warping resolved on its own, but it was irksome not to get that callback."
